Join us for an hour of relaxation in a communal setting while Dr. Maria Wansacz administers acupuncture in points located in the ear, forehead, and wrist/forearm area. This particular treatment is aimed to help stress levels, anxiety, promote better sleep, increase endorphins, decrease inflammation, and general relaxation. Acupuncturists use hair thin sterile disposable needles to increase blood flow and relax the body. We will be using yoga mats (we will provide them, or if you prefer you can bring your own.) and laying down in a meditative state once Dr. Maria administers the acupuncture. Don't be surprised if you fall asleep! Dr. Maria Wansacz is a Naturopathic Doctor and Licensed Acupuncturist with over 15 years of experience.
